8 WEEK - Lifestyle CHALLENGE!

Registrations open for the 8 week SUMMER. Register your name HERE for the NEXT 8 week CHALLENGE starting 20th January 2025!

These challenges are designed to help you kickstart your motivation and establish some healthier habits that you can continue AFTER the 8 weeks ends!

Unlike many challenges, this isn’t based on weight rather looks at ALL aspects of your lifestyle and works on creating mindfulness. You will develop tools and be educated so you can make healthier choices to help you in your journey to live a healthier and happier life!

Weekly check-ins with Alicia via messenger

Private support group

Do I have to be a member?

Not to register however you will need to join before you start as your exercise program will have some workouts (as well as other exercises/sports dependent of your questions and goals). The first 7 days is free then it’s just $8 per week. Join HERE
